General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are intended to inform all consumers about the terms and conditions under which EVEREST COSMETIC, via the website www.shandraniparis.fr, sells and delivers its products, and to define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context. Any order placed on the website implies the Buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. They are accessible at any time from the website www.shandraniparis.fr.
The products offered for sale are deliverable to mainland France (including Monaco and Corsica), the European Union, Switzerland, the French overseas departments and territories, the United States, Canada, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Customs duties may apply outside the European Union.

 The Buyer declares:
 - That the purchase is not directly related to a professional activity unless otherwise specifically agreed.
 - To be legally capable of entering into these Terms and Conditions.

 EVEREST COSMETIC reserves the right to modify its Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

Article 3 – Orders and Contract

3.1 Prices
 Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges are specified before final order confirmation. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

 3.2 Products
 The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Products are available while supplies last. EVEREST COSMETIC reserves the right to modify its product offerings at any time.

 3.3 Ordering Process
The Buyer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, and reviews and confirms their cart before submitting the order. Submitting the order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the prices, and the products ordered. The Customer must accept the Terms and Conditions by checking a box before payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Buyer once the order is validated. The order becomes final upon sending this email.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. No product will be shipped without full payment. Accepted payment methods are:
 - Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via a secure payment system
 - PayPal
The Buyer's bank account is debited upon order confirmation. EVEREST COSMETIC reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of a payment authorization refusal, dispute, or suspicion of fraud.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1 Zones and time limits
 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing their order. Delivery is available in France and internationally within the zones specified in Article 1. The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for mainland France. This may be extended during peak periods or for international shipments.

 5.2 Delivery methods
 - Colissimo (home delivery or to a collection point)
 - Other carriers depending on the area
A tracking number is provided to the Buyer upon shipment. If the Buyer is absent, a delivery notice will be left. If the package is not collected in time and is returned to EVEREST COSMETIC, the Buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. In the event of non-delivery due to an error attributable to the Buyer (incomplete address, incorrect intercom number, incorrect telephone number, or missing information necessary for delivery), the Buyer will be responsible for the reshipping and redelivery costs.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify the reason.

 Return conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
 - Products that have been opened, used or do not comply with hygiene rules will not be accepted for return.
 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 - The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return via the same payment method.

Complaints and reports

  • Damaged packages :
     In the event of receiving a damaged package, the customer must send us three (3) photographs as proof:

  1. A photo of the entire package.

  2. A photo of the label on the package,

  3. A photo of the damaged product(s).

These details are essential so that we can open a claim with the carrier and proceed with a possible replacement or refund.

Order not received:
If the order has not been received, the customer is required to complete the package non-receipt declaration form available "here" within 11 to 20 days from the date of shipment of the order.
After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Article 7 – Responsibility

EVEREST COSMETIC cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. EVEREST COSMETIC will not be liable for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the internet (service interruptions, external intrusions, viruses, etc.).

Article 8 – Personal Data

The information collected is processed for order fulfillment and customer relationship management. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the GDPR, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data. Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the shandraniparis.fr website are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
